Everything you need to know about exhibiting at ACT Expo 2025

What’s included in the shell scheme stand?

Standard shell scheme packages include walls, carpet, fascia board with company name, basic lighting, one table, two chairs, and a power outlet.

When can we set up our booth?

Exhibition setup will be available from July 5-6, 2025.

How are booth locations allocated?

Booth locations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after confirmation of payment, with priority given to sponsors and returning exhibitors.

Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. High-speed dedicated connections can be arranged for an additional fee.

Can we bring our own stand builder?

Yes, custom stands are permitted. All designs must be submitted for approval by May 31, 2025.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations before June 7th, 2025 are eligible for a refund (less administration costs) that can be used for future events. No refunds for cancellations after June 7th, 2025.
