What’s included in the shell scheme stand?
Shell scheme packages include 9 branded panels with fascia name, 1 branded reception counter, 1 glass table, 2 chairs, a brochure stand, dustbin, and power supply — all within a 9 sqm space.
When can we set up our booth?
Setup begins 2 days before the event opens. Detailed move-in schedules and logistics information will be shared upon registration confirmation.
How are booth locations allocated?
Booth locations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration ensures access to prime floor positions.
Can we bring our own stand builder?
Yes. If you book the Floor Space Only option, you’re welcome to bring your own stand builder. Stand designs must be submitted for approval by May 15, 2026.
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes. Kigali Convention Centre provides Wi-Fi access throughout the exhibition hall. Details will be shared closer to the event date.
What is the cancellation policy?
