Our Story

ACT Expo is a 3 day event taking place from 8 to 10 July 2026 at the Kigali Convention Centre in Rwanda, is a perfectly designed business hub for coffee and tea industry experts. It will provide targeted connections for sector growth, trade partnerships, and financing while offering strategic content for skills development.

It will also serve as a powerful launchpad to expand exports both internationally and across the African continent. A key highlight of the event is the hosted buyer’s program, featuring carefully selected buyers from around the world who have a defined interest in Africa’s coffee and tea sector. These buyers come with endorsed contracts, ready to explore meaningful trade opportunities.

The Expo will also feature a world-class Business Matchmaking system, allowing you to schedule meetings with the most relevant contacts for your business. This program streamlines access to suppliers, industry representatives, and policymakers while providing opportunities for education and networking. Africa Coffee and Tea Expo is co-organized by the Rwanda National Export Board, the Rwanda Convention Bureau, and Rwanda Events Group, bringing together expertise in trade development, tradeshows management, and industry networking to ensure a world-class experience.

The National Agricultural Export Development Board (NAEB) is pivotal in driving Rwanda’s agricultural export sector, with a focus on enhancing the quality and volume of exports including coffee and tea, which are key to the country’s economy. NAEB’s initiatives aim at increasing market access, ensuring sustainable farming practices, and improving the livelihoods of farmers.
